Harlow,Michelle here to update update update!!! Have nothing to post actually so well just write rubbish:P If I'm not wrong everyone should know what had happen on Friday right? It was Coach Amelia last day,cause ya she had said; it is pointless for her to teach the sec1 new skill and plus she got a full time job and she will be using her day on working and her night on studying which mean she will be very tired and her time is fully booked! So just wish her all the best(: As for Coach ShiYing; If I'm not wrong,her contract stop on 9th Nov,which mean she will not be training us after 9th Nov. I know West Zone is like 2month plus time ahead and is our[Sec3] last year. Suddenly need to change coach,more or less will effect us,but doesn't mean that we will give up right? We will still fight together and prove others that we are not nothing! & must remember even though coach are no longer there training us but their heart are always stay with us!

Tuesday,20th Oct2009. Wear Orange Jersey. We'll start our training by 3pm and end at 6pm. Those who are unable to come down for training or will be late please inform Michelle or Shandy. For those who have not pass the money to SiYian or LiLi,remember to bring 1$ by Wednesday,Sec3-SiYian and for Sec2-LiLi,if possible by Tuesday,thanks.
